  • Initial Contact / Screening

We have continuous development of deal flow channels to attract the best opportunities 30-40 companies are reviewed, researched, and interviewed to complete the first analysis we use the investment criteria. The top 10-15% are presented as a One-Pager & the top 30% are targeted for future analysis. Others may be tagged for “Watch and Monitor”

  • Getting to Know You / Preliminary Due Diligence

The best 10-15% of companies evaluated each month are presented as a one-pager. Only companies that meet sufficient investment criteria are presented. This level 1 due diligence does not attempt to validate or recommend. Each One Pager incorporates hours of market research, interviews, and fact-checking.

  • Term Sheet / Investment Brief & Investment Memo

An Investment Brief is a 5-10 page that is a level 2 due diligence report based on initial analysis, and an Investment Memo is a 10-20 page level 3 due diligence report based on a deeper analysis. The "Brief" represents a preliminary recommendation subject to more analysis, while the "Memo" represents a stronger conviction which precipitates term sheet negotiations

  • Due Diligence Report

The DD report is a 70-100 page document based on 4-6 weeks of analysis & fact checks Includes: Management bios, sales, marketing, market sizing, financials, valuation model, IP, Legal docs, technology, product, risks, cap table.
